Facilities Department:

The United Tribes Technical College (UTTC) Facilities Department is committed to providing a safe, comfortable and accessible environment for all UTTC Students, Faculty, Staff and visitors. Facilities is under the umbrella of Administration and strives to provide outstanding customer service and excellent workmanship by delivering clean and comfortable buildings and exterior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing.

The UTTC Facilities Departments goal is to provide a quality learning environment through effective facilities planning, service, maintenance, repair, and construction to help plan, create, maintain and operate an environment conductive to learning.

Facilities and Maintenance services include the following:

  • Grounds Keeping
  • Carpentry
  • Electrical
  • HVAC
  • Plumbing
  • Custodial
  • General construction and rehabilitations

Our core values are excellent quality of service; excellent customer service; excellent teamwork; and a high level of sustainable performance.

All service requests require a “Maintenance Work Order” that can be found on the left sidebar. Fill out the form in detail and submit. A Facilities Staff member will be in contact within 24 hours of the next business day.

The Facilities Department also oversees and coordinates infrastructure improvements and capital projects.

Bus Schedule:

A bus will be available for students living on campus every Wednesdays at 5:30.

Drivers will take students to Walmart and Cash Wise foods before returning to campus.
