Position Title: Maintenance Worker/Groundskeeper

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Paint buildings inside and out.
- Assist with carpentry.
- Assist with plumbing duties.
- Assist with electrical duties.
- Haul supplies and furniture.
- Move Appliances.
- Cleans walks, driveways, streets and parking lots.
- Cuts grass and trim trees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
INDEPENDENCE OF ACTION:
Preference will be given to bona fide American Indian applicants in accordance with UTTC policies and Federal Indian regulations for such preference.
If selected for the position, the applicant is subject to a complete background investigation with favorable determination.
