BISMARCK (UTN) – Experienced foodservice workers, teachers and others interested in professional safe food preparation are encouraged to participate in a four-day skill-building class hosted by United Tribes Technical College’s Land Grant Extension program on July 31st – August 3rd. The participants will get hands-on experience in the teaching kitchen at UTTC which features commercial-grade equipment and industry-based operating procedures.

The class will also review and study session for the National ServSafe® exam. Participants are urged to register as soon as possible so they can read ServSafe® Essentials Seventh Edition prior to the class. Call immediately to reserve a space. The class size is limited to 15. The $175 fee includes the book, workshop and exam fee.

The times for the workshop are Monday, July 31 is from 12:30 - 5:00 pm. Tuesday, August 1st and Wednesday 2nd 8:00 am -5:00 pm. Thursday, August 3rd 8:00- 3:00 pm.
