FREE EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

BISMARCK (UTN) – United Tribes Technical College hosts a Masquerade Powwow Saturday, October 28, with grand entry beginning at 1 p.m. in the college gymnasium.

College students and youngsters are invited, along with members of the campus community and the public. There is no admission charge for this drug and alcohol-free event.

Prize money will be awarded for Best Costume and Cutest Baby, and for dance category winners, specials and contests.

Specials include a Kahomni Dance, Potato Dance and Street Dance. Games will be played. There will be door prizes, a 50/50 raffle, and Cake Walk. Concessions will be available.

All drums groups are welcome. A drum split will be offered.
