BISMARCK (UTN) – United Tribes Technical College invites the campus community and public to join a sobriety walk scheduled for Thursday, September 21 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the college’s Skill Center building. The event will highlight the value of family and community throughout recovery during National Recovery Month in September.
“Everyone’s sobriety impacts a community. Whether that community be a school, neighborhood or family,” says Anita Monek, UTTC Chemical Health Center coordinator.
New student orientation and registration took place August 21 and students began reporting for Fall Term 2017 classes on Tuesday, August 22 at UTTC in Bismarck. Registration and enrollment remains open and students will be admitted until Wednesday, August 30.
Burgum appoints seven members to State Water Commission
BISMARCK, N.D. – Gov. Doug Burgum today appointed seven members to the State Water Commission, bringing a broad variety of experience in flood protection, water supply and other water issues to the board.

BISMARCK (UTN) – Experienced foodservice workers, teachers and others interested in professional safe food preparation are encouraged to participate in a four-day skill-building class hosted by United Tribes Technical College’s Land Grant Extension program on July 31st – August 3rd. The participants will get hands-on experience in the teaching kitchen at UTTC which features commercial-grade equipment and industry-based operating procedures.
