Position Title: Maintenance Laborer - Temporary - Closes June 21, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.

Reports Directly to: Maintenance Supervisor
Status: Non-exempt; Full-time Temporary
Salary: $14.00 per hour
Summary of Duties:
- Assist with all phases of construction projects;
- Assist with campus clean-up;
- Assist with painting;
- Assist with grounds keeping;
- Assist with snow removal; and
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Working Conditions:
Normal working hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or as scheduled by supervisor with a one-hour lunch break. Subject to working in hot or cold temperatures.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.;
- Must be able to climb ladders up to 20 ft. or higher;
- Must be able to stand or bend for hours at a time;
- Must pass background check and drug screen.
Minimum Qualifications:
