Student Organization Application

All student clubs must have a United Tribes Technical College faculty or staff member identified as an advisor.

Please upload a member list that includes a minimum of 8 current students who are interested in this new club/organization. A copy of the club bylaws must also be uploaded. The bylaws must follow the same format as the Student Government Association bylaws.

As representatives of the aforementioned organization, we are aware of and agree to abide by the campus policies related to campus student organizations. We agree to function within the framework of, and be consistent with, the mission of the college, the policies as stated in the student handbook and academic catalog, and civil statutes. We agree to contribute to the mental, physical, social and spiritual well-being of the members of the organization. We are submitting this information in accordance with those stated guidelines.
