Brittany Whitebird (Standing Rock Sioux Tribe)
The January 2020 UTTC “Alum in the Spotlight” is Brittany Whitebird, an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. Brittany is married with two children, ages 9 and 6.
Brittany chose UTTC because of the accommodations available to students, such as the campus preschool/FACE program and elementary school, as well as the campus housing and low tuition rates.
Brittany graduated with her BS degree in Criminal Justice from UTTC on May 2019. Brittany is currently applying to law school for Fall 2020 in the Juris Doctor program. After completion of law school, she intends to pursue a career as a Federal Prosecutor. Best wishes from the UTTC administration and community as you pursue your JD!
